RESERVATIONS
Reservations are considered definitive, upon receipt a deposit of 20% of total price (min 200 EURr)
In case of cancellation the deposit will be fully return if cancellation is 30 days prior arrival
ADDITIONS
Small pets per day 15eur
Final cleaning 20eur
Costs of premature departure or late arrival will not be reimbursed.
On the day of arrival apartment will be available from 03 pm
On the day of departure apartment must be vacated by 10 am
